Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital courses and related digital products sold by PEVISION VENTURES (“PEVISION”, “we”, “us”) through this website. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

1. All sales are final

We do not offer refunds. All course purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is completed, including where you have been granted access to course videos, materials, or your student account.

2. Digital product nature

Our courses are digital products delivered online. Access is typically granted immediately or shortly after successful payment. Because the product is digital and access cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods, you acknowledge that you lose any right of cancellation that might otherwise apply to undelivered physical products.

3. Before you buy

We encourage you to:

  • review the course syllabus and description on the site;
  • ensure you have a compatible device and internet connection;
  • contact us at team.pevision@gmail.com if you have questions before completing checkout.

By clicking to pay through Stripe Checkout, you confirm that you have read this Refund Policy and agree that your purchase is non-refundable.

4. Payment disputes and chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer without contacting us first, we may provide evidence of your purchase, account creation, and course access to the payment processor. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.

5. Technical issues

If you cannot access purchased content due to a technical problem on our side, contact team.pevision@gmail.com and we will work to restore access.

6. Exceptions required by law

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by contract. If the law requires a refund in a specific situation, we will comply with that legal requirement.

7. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction unless a newer version is required by law.
