These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of digital courses and related services from PEVISION VENTURES (“PEVISION”, “we”, “us”) through this website. By creating an account, completing checkout, or accessing paid course content, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. What you are buying

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, you purchase a personal, non-exclusive licence to access the specified online course videos and related materials for your own learning. Unless we state otherwise in writing, access is described as “lifetime access” for as long as we continue to operate the course on this platform.

3. Account registration

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login details secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We may limit each account to one active session at a time to prevent unauthorised sharing.
  • You must not share, sell, or transfer your account or course access to others.

4. Payment

Prices are shown on the site in the currency indicated at checkout (for example, USD). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your purchase is complete when payment is successfully authorised and we confirm enrolment. Applicable taxes, if any, are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

5. Delivery

Course access is delivered digitally through your student account on this website. After successful payment, you may access course videos from the “My lessons” or course content area when logged in.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, download (except as temporarily buffered for normal streaming), redistribute, or publicly share course videos or materials;
  • circumvent access controls, DRM, or technical protection measures;
  • use automated tools to scrape content or overload our systems;
  • use the course content to create a competing product or service without our written consent;
  • misrepresent your affiliation with PEVISION.

7. Intellectual property

All course content, branding, website design, and materials remain the property of PEVISION or our licensors. Your purchase grants a limited personal licence only. No ownership or broader rights are transferred to you.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

9. Changes to courses and the site

We may update, improve, or reorganise course content and the website from time to time. We do not guarantee that any particular video, feature, or third-party integration will remain available forever, but we will use reasonable efforts to maintain purchased courses for paying students.

10. Disclaimers

Courses are provided for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific business, financial, or employment outcomes. Content may reference third-party tools (for example, cloud platforms or AI services) that are subject to their own terms and pricing. The site and courses are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, PEVISION is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or courses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a course purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that course.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraud or chargeback abuse. On termination for breach, you lose access without refund.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. You agree that the courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Purchases completed before a change are generally governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.
